Nitriding & Nitrocarburizing Furnace
Low-temperature surface hardening technology for maximum wear resistance and minimal distortion.
Controlled Gas Nitriding Systems
Nitriding is a thermo-chemical surface hardening process that introduces nitrogen into the surface of steel parts at sub-critical temperatures (500°C – 590°C). Because phase transformation does not occur, component distortion is reduced to near zero.
- Precise Nitriding Potential (KN) Control
- Superb Corrosion Resistance Compound Layers
- Excellent Fatigue Resistance & Hardness Retention at High Temperatures
Nitriding Variant Solutions
Tailored surface engineering processes designed for diverse industrial applications.
Gas Nitriding
Utilizes cracked ammonia atmosphere to form an ultra-hard surface layer. Ideal for alloy steels containing nitride-forming elements like Cr, Mo, V, and Al.
Ferritic Nitrocarburizing (FNC)
Adds both nitrogen and carbon into the surface layer. Provides an exceptional white layer that drastically lowers friction coefficients and combats scuffing.
Post-Oxidation Treatment
Integrates controlled steam or air oxidation after nitriding to form a black magnetite (Fe3O4) outer coating for superior corrosion resistance.
